Learn More About LIFE Groups

At its core, a LIFE Group is less about what you do and more about who you do it with. We all need each other and that’s why we have LIFE Groups. Whether you’re new to groups, leading for the first time, or a seasoned leader, there’s a place for you!

Love +

Love each other with compassion, encouragement & support (John 13:34-35). This means actively looking for ways to uplift one another, offering a listening ear during tough times, and celebrating successes together. It's about building a genuine, caring community.

Influence +

Influence our local and global community (Acts 17:6). LIFE Groups are encouraged to look beyond themselves and find ways to serve and make a positive impact, whether it's volunteering locally, supporting missions, or simply being a good neighbor.

Fellowship +

Fellowship through sharing meals, common interests, Bible study (Acts 2:42). Connection happens in many ways – from deep discussions about faith to simply enjoying hobbies together. LIFE Groups provide diverse opportunities for meaningful interactions.

Equip +

Equip each group member for service in the body and ministry in the world (Eph. 4:12). The goal is to help everyone discover their unique gifts and passions, and to empower them to use those gifts to serve others both within the church and in their daily lives.

Baptism FAQs

ANYONE who is a believer in Jesus Christ.

"Those who accepted His message were baptized." – Acts 2:41

To follow the example set by JESUS CHRIST.

"At that time Jesus came from Nazareth in Galilee and was baptized by John in the Jordan." – Mark 1:9

Because Christ COMMANDS it.

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you." – Matthew 28:19-20

As soon as you have believed! There is no reason to delay. As soon as you receive Christ into your life, you can -- and should be – baptized.

You can be a Christian without being baptized, but you can’t be an obedient Christian without following the Lord in believer’s baptism.

Because JESUS was baptized that way.

"As soon as Jesus was baptized, He went up out of the water." – Matthew 3:16

Every baptism in the BIBLE was by immersion.

The Greek word “baptize” means, “to immerse or dip underwater.”

It best represents the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

The Baptism Class is a session designed to help you understand the significance of baptism more deeply. We discuss:

  • The biblical meaning of baptism.
  • What baptism symbolizes.
  • Answers to common questions about baptism.
  • Practical details for the baptism service itself.

Attending the class is usually a prerequisite for being baptized at our church, ensuring everyone has a clear understanding before taking this important step. Please contact the church office for class schedules and registration.
