Radical Night is our bi-weekly service for all middle school and high school students & Young Adults (18-30 years old) Join us on the 2nd Friday or 4th Friday of every month at 7PM!
Radical Nights offers a discipleship environment as students & Young Adults who are with the same, consistent LIFE Group and leader. Students & Young Adults will grow deeper in their relationship with God through intentional times in worship, a short devotional, and age-specific small groups.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation will be available at no cost. You can also connect with a student or young adults leaders.

What is Radical Night?
Radical Night takes place the 2nd & 4th Friday of every month and is our catalyst event to help students experience God, meet lots of new friends, and get connected to their next step. Radical Nights will be hosted regionally at MLCC. Transportation will be available. For more information click here!
What is Encounter Conference?
Encounter Conference is our annual 2-day gathering for all middle school, high school, and college students. The conference takes place in Dover, DE and welcomes guest churches from all over the world to join us as we hear from guest speakers and artists.
Are there small groups for students?
YES! We offer small groups for middle school, high school, and college students at every campus. Your student can find a group through our online directory here.
What do we offer for Students on Sunday mornings?
We encourage middle school students to “Worship One, Serve One” on Sundays! This means that they attend a service with their family and friends, and then dedicate another service time to serving others on the Dream Team. Whether on the greeter team, in MKKids, or in the production booth, your middle or high schooler can go through the Growth Track and begin making a difference wherever they are!
How can I serve in Radical?
There are several ways that you, as a parent, can serve our MLCC Students! You can lead a small group for students, serve at Radical Night, or serve at our annual conference. To learn more about how to get involved, you can go through the 4-step Growth Track. Check it out here!
Can my student serve on the Dream Team?
Absolutely! We encourage all students to be involved and serve on the Dream Team. For middle & high school students, one of the best ways they can serve is to join the Dream Team. High school and college students are welcome to join the Dream Team as well! Click here for more information, times, and location for the Growth Track.

WHAT IS Encounter CONFERENCE?
Encounter is more than a conference. It’s more than bands and speakers. Encounter is about a generation empowered by Jesus, equipped to make a difference, and living out their faith every day! It is placed strategically at the end of summer to launch students & young adults into the school year refreshed, equipped, and inspired to live their lives.

How? Student and Young Adults will gather together with other students & young adults from around the nation for a weekend full of powerful worship, dynamic messages, and intentional discipleship and fun.
Why? Encounter Conference is a powerful experience that serves as a catalyst for students & young adults to jump into small groups, leadership positions, and most importantly, God’s vision for their lives!

SMALL GROUPS
SMALL Groups are designed to connect and engage students in life-giving relationships and lead them to dig deeper into the truths shared during main sessions. They are the perfect environment to meet new friends and develop tools to start the school year strong for Jesus. Groups are divided by age (middle school, high school, and college). Lead by our leaders.
Transportation
Please plan to arrive to your designated drop-off location at the time listed for your campus.
Our Radical team will greet you at that time, get you checked in, introduce you to Radical Team, and get you assigned to a vehicle.
Meals
Meals and various snacks will be provided. Please list any allergies on your registration.
Team
Our Radical leaders will accompany students at all times.
SERVE
The Dream Team is a massive part of making Encounter Conference a success each year, and we invite all MLCC Dream Team members to be a part of an impactful weekend by serving. Connect with our Youth Pastors or Church leaders for more information.
